Wedding Planning Month of Coordination

* Consultation meeting to review all details, plans and contracts 

* Etiquette information, general advice and consultation.

* Create wedding planning timeline, preparation and creating a wedding checklist

* Vendor management - Timeline creation and distribution, logistics, On time arrival, Contract review & Confirmation meetings, Final pay distribution (if required)

* Acting as the point of contact for all vendors

* Venue walk- through with venue coordinator to discuss event detail

* Oversee all wedding day deliveries

* Assisting the family, wedding party and guests with travel arrangements as needed.

* Assist with ensuring all personal items get from ceremony to reception

* Coordinating the setup of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception 

* Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception. Giving heads up to parties involved to ensure organization.

* Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper times 

* Organize of the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit during ceremony and reception 

* Unlimited communication via phone or email leading up to your wedding day

* Full Coordination of wedding ceremony and reception on wedding day to ensure no problems arise

* Setup and organize items such as place cards, programs, guest book, license, rings etc...

* Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room
